Ashley White is a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in child, adolescent, teens and adults. She holds a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and has over five years’ experience in individual and family therapy. Ashley has worked with individuals of all ages, genders, orientations and backgrounds.  Ashley is able to assist with many issues ranging from anxiety, depression, communication issues, relationship problems, LGBTQIA concerns, work stressors, school stressors, and negative life events.  Ashley is able to support families and parents who experience difficulties throughout the teen years in aiding with better communication and improved connections. She has extensive experience in working with individuals who experience troubling thoughts, anxiety and panic attacks.
