I bring a variety of training, interests, and experience to the task of helping others gain understanding and make positive changes in their lives. Having provided therapy on both coasts, I am dedicated to serving a diverse community, while focusing on personal and relational stress and relief.
I have a Master’s Degrees in Education and in Counseling Psychology, and have therapeutic experience both in clinical and private practice settings. I have received additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Imago Relationship Therapy, Anger Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parenting, Family Systems, Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques, Eating Disorders, Recovery from Trauma, and Group Therapy.
In choosing this profession, I have combined personal experience with a desire to help others in their areas of greatest need. Everyone brings a story to session, and I am devoted to actively listening and joining with clients in order to build on strengths and help to ease pain.

Individual, 50 minutes for $140. Couples, one hour for $160.

Presently, I do not accept insurance for therapy sessions, however, if your insurance policy will cover an out of network provider, I will offer a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
