From the age of 7 years, I enrolled and actively played any and all sports that were offered at the community level. When I hit high school the pressure to perform and keep up my grades was difficult. I was good at both, and wanted to do both; I just needed to figure out how to balance them.
After graduation, I attended Management Resources College in Miami, where I obtained a degree in education. My goal was to get a job with a school and coach Football. Through my education, passion, and experience, I am able to help student athletes who are struggling, be successful.
I specialize in helping young athletes in high school and college develop their skills on and off the field. I am a certified tutor and coach trained to help balance academics and athletics in athletes that are wanting to keep up and improve grades as well as their abilities in their sport. Other services I offer are one-on-one coaching for performance anxiety, strength training, and skills development. I work with a variety of sports including: basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, baseball, rugby, lacrosse, and football.

My approach to sports coaching is to bring a relaxed, challenging, and communicative environment into my sessions with the students. With so many pressures coming from parents, coaches, and teachers I want the students to come to sessions knowing this is about them and what they need. We’ll go through the areas they are struggling academically and their sport in the first sessions, together we will develop goals for the remainder of the season.
My use of one-on-one coaching and tutoring helps students be more honest about what they feel like they don’t understand and what they struggle with. I combine my sessions with a mix of workouts, mobility reinforcements, skills development, and academics so that we are touching on each aspect of need evenly.
These students are developing their skills both in the classroom and in their sport. For those that are in college there is added stress of homesickness, higher academics, and financial services. I want all of these students to be able to use my services once so that their next season they can be confident in their skills and academics.
